Conclusion of the Contract

To place an order, the buyer must follow the online purchase procedure and upon arrival in the payment process must choose a payment method. Availability of products

All product orders are subject to their availability. In this sense, if there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, GOSBI will contact the customer informing of the incident and agreeing to refund the amount or a new delivery date.

Refusal to process an order

GOSBI reserves the right to withdraw any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content. Although we will do everything possible to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to reject the processing of an order after sending the Order Confirmation, so we reserve the right to do so at any time, to our sole discretion.

We will not be liable to you or to any third party for removing any product from this website, regardless of whether this product has been sold or not, remove or modify any material or content of the website or for refusing to process an order once we have sent you the order confirmation.

Price and payment

The price of each product will be that stipulated in each moment on our website, except in case of manifest error. Although we try to make sure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we can not get in touch with you, the order will be considered canceled and you will be reimbursed in full for the amounts that have been paid.

We will not be obliged to supply you with any product at the wrong lower price (even though we have sent you the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous.

You can make the payment by credit card, debit card or through the PayPal system. When making the payment, a coding system protected by an SSL certified system will be used. The data that the user enters is not saved in our system.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we can not formalize any Contract with you .


The default courier company for all expeditions on the website are GLS and Envialia.

If the product is in stock, the theoretical maximum delivery times are:

Europe: 2-7 working days for orders received before 4PM.

The shipment is included in the price as long as the value of the order exceeds 50.- € (VAT included). In case of orders less than 50.- € (VAT included) will be charged 20.-€ (plus VAT of ports).

Satsifaction guarantee

Every customer benefits from a palatability guarantee that assures the product's appeal. If for any reason the dog rejects the food, we are committed to reimbursing the amount paid for the products. The procedure for requesting the guarantee is the following:

  • you can request the palatability guarantee if a maximum of 2 packages have been opened.
  • send a video proof showing the dog's rejection of Natsbi food by e-mail to
  • the claim must be made within the next 30 days after the date of purchase.
  • Once the return is approved, the indications of how to proceed with the sending will be given. Use the same packaging with which the order was sent, protecting the merchandise as much as possible so that it cannot be damaged. Do not include open containers.
  • At the time the merchandise is received and it has been verified that its condition is optimal, the amount of the order will be refunded using the same method used for payment. The time for refunding the amount will depend on the banking entities, estimating an approximate period of 5 business days to complete the refund of the amount.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Once the order has been confirmed by GOSBI, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted except in the case of one of the following two cases:

a) Error in the delivered order: GOSBI or the carrier has served a different product to the one that the client has requested.

b) Bad state of the product: If the product is in poor condition and the graphic documentation is provided enough to be able to verify it.

In order to be entitled to the return, in addition to producing one of the following two cases, no product must have been consumed and GOSBI will be informed by e-mail within 48 working hours after receiving the order.

In case GOSBI confirms one of the following cases by e-mail, the client must send the product to the GOSBI offices against reimbursement.

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to cancel the purchase without having to indicate the reasons. The period of time will be calculated from the day of receipt of the product. Before exercising the right of withdrawal GOSBI can assist you to analyze the reasons and propose solutions that can satisfy the client's interest.

Modification of the present conditions and duration

GOSBI may modify at any time the conditions determined herein, being duly published as they appear here.

These General Conditions will be valid for the duration of their exposure and will not be totally or partially modified, at which point the modified general conditions will be valid.


GOSBI will pursue the breach of these conditions and any misuse of its website by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond by law.

GOSBI reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to its website and / or the services offered without prior notice, on its own or by a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Access and Use.

The headings of the different clauses are only informative, and will not affect, qualify or extend the interpretation of the General Conditions.

In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions of these General Conditions of Access and Use and the General Contracting Conditions, the provisions of the latter shall prevail. In the event that any provision or provisions of these General Conditions of Access and Use are considered null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Court or competent administrative body, such nullity or non-application shall not affect the rest of the provisions of the same nor to the General Contracting Conditions.
